The white wine Donna Angelica Sicilia DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Assuli has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Catarrato Lucido from the region Sicily in Italy.
Brilliant medium straw yellow in colour with golden reflections. On the nose, subtle aromas of ripe quince, dried pear and buttercream, with a hint of lime zest. The palate is juicy, with fresh acidity and pronounced notes of brioche, lemon peel and grapefruit on the finish.
