Deep ruby, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Fine nuances of ripe cherry, lovely savouriness, a touch of vanilla, somewhat restrained. Juicy, elegant texture, good ripe berry fruit, fine supporting tannins, nice structure, persistent. It has reached the beginning of its drinking maturity, and is a versatile food wine.
