Tasting Notes
A most wonderful hint of white pepper weaves its savoury magic through red cherry that has a distinct overtone of Amarena cherry. The palate has a profouond, pristine expression of fruit that is super-fresh and mellow at the same time. This is elegant, grippy, this is smooth, this shimmers with tar with hints of liquorice. Wonderfully comapct and so juicy on the long finish.
