The red wine Barolo Riserva DOCG Bricco Voghera, vintage 2014 from the winery Azelia has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Very finely drawn nose, opens with notes of cranberry and strawberry, then some peach and blood orange, tobacco in the background. Polished and fine on the palate, displays plenty of fine tannins, opens up for a very long time, well-integrated acidity lends freshness, juicy finish.
