Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby with garnet. Elegant and fragrant nose of ripe blackberry, wild berry, strawberry jam, a hint of blood orange, wax, followed by dried rose, pronounced violets and light savoury tones. On the palate dense and hearty, builds up in many layers, ripe fruit core, exciting, power and suppleness, very long finish.
