The red wine Terra d'Eclano Aglianico Irpinia DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Quintodecimo has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Aglianico from the region Campania in Italy.
Dark ruby-red core with purple reflections. Fragrant and multi-layered on the nose, fresh blackberries, lavender, followed by liquorice, mocha and a hint of rosemary. Soft in the mouth, with sweet fruit on the palate, firm, still youthful tannins, otherwise harmonious, long and with plenty of ageing potential.
