Tasting Notes
Elegant, subtle bouquet with notes of ripe sour cherry, blackberry and some violets. A gentle attack on the palate, followed by a supporting, concise acidity and noticeable tannins. Good food wine with ageing potential.
More about the tastingIntense, bright ruby red with a shimmering core. Open nose of ripe cherries, rich plums, some sandalwood underpinned by a slightly peppery note. Very juicy on the palate with a taut finish, lots of red fruit in the mid-palate, salty, dominated by acidity on the finish.
