Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and persistent mousse. Baked apple, some coconut and cinnamon on the nose, with a hint of iodine in the finish. Intense expression on the palate, lively, fine-grained mousse and a clear fruit core, also shows fine yeast notes and good juiciness, salty finish.
