Bright straw yellow with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is fragrant with ripe lemon, a hint of gum, a hint of cold smoke and red-berry components. Full-bodied on the palate, with a rich mousse. Arrow-sharp, with a somewhat cloudy finish.
