Medium salmon pink colour. Rather restrained on the nose with notes of red berries, citrus and ripe fruit, subtle yeasty nuances. Rather broad on the palate with a medium-fine mousse, showing certain sweetness and restrained acidity. Appropriate finish with berry notes.
