The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Begali Lorenzo has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Oseleta from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright, light garnet red in colour. Intense and multi-layered on the nose, with plenty of blackberry and dried plum, followed by a hint of chocolate, cocoa and leather. The palate is powerful and warming, with pronounced but fine tannins and a long finish.
