Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2026

The winery is a family-run business that proudly continues its tradition. The vines in the vineyard are still cultivated according to the traditional "Pergole Veronesi" method. The wines are mainly matured in large oak barrels and tonneaux. The well-structured wines are characterised not only by a pronounced acidity but also by a very low residual sugar content, which gives them a crystal-clear style. The company attaches particular importance to sustainability. It utilises renewable energy sources and only uses natural products in the vineyard.
