Brilliant, bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant and expressive on the nose, of crisp pear and crunchy apple, with fine acacia blossom, fresh. Juicy and with superbly integrated mousse on the palate, vibrant, precise, bone-dry, stony finish.
