The prosecco Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Bele Casel has been rated in 2024 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright silver, green hints and a persistent mousse. Fragrant, pure and inviting aromas of peach mousse, fruit salad, fresh apple and a touch of sea salt. Well balanced on the palate, rich, with an airy mousse, well-integrated acidity and a certain drive. Great fun!
