Bright yellow straw colour with a brilliant reflection. Multi-layered and complex nose of roasted nuts, toast, with some bourbon vanilla, and quince confit. It is elegant on the palate, with distinct fruity aromas, a prominent mousse, a medium drive, and with a nice precision on the finish.
