Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, broader watery rim. Delicate brettanomyces, animalistic touch, black berry fruit, candied orange zest, herbs and nougat in the background, hints of pipe tobacco. Medium complexity, chalky fresh texture, red berry nuances, DELICATE tannins, very freshly structured, light on its feet, endowed with precise varietal character, limes and red cherries on the finish, lively wine.
