Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink. Notes of light berries, some bergamot and peeled almonds. Clearly sweet on the palate with a fine mousse, again lots of fruit and a grown-up acidity. Lingers for a medium length of time.
More about the tastingDark salmon pink. Initially reductive on the nose. With a little air, aromas of ripe papaya, apple, grapefruit and red berries. Rather lean on the palate, with soft acidity, tropical fruit and citrus nuances. Pleasant mousse. Yeasty hints on the medium-long finish.
