Light, cloudy orange yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, typical aromas with nuances of rose, jasmine and Kumquat zest, delicate herbal spices, and a touch of minerality. The palate is juicy and powerful with a creamy texture, ripe grapefruit, and a hint of peach and lychee on the tautly saline and subtly sweet finish. A fine spicy food wine.
