The red wine Sfera Noir (Natural Wine), vintage 2021 from the winery Bikicki has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Srem-Fruška Gora
Bright crimson in colour with ochre reflections and a broad and bright rim. On the nose, delicate aromas of ripe plum, some marzipan and cherry compote, needs air. The juicy palate is silky, sweetly textured with a pleasant minerality, and a hint of orange on the lingering finish. Already approachable, on the finish, the small proportion of Blanc Tamjanika added to the Pinot Noir comes into effect, an elegant food wine.
