Tasting Notes
Medium bright golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, some pineapple and blossom honey; needs air to open up. Complex, juicy palate with fine herbal savouriness, some nougat and integrated acidity. Creamy and persistent, a multi-faceted food wine with further ageing potential.
