The red wine Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Biondi-Santi Tenuta Greppo has been rated in 2026 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 99 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Montalcino in Italy.
Sparkling, intense ruby with garnet shimmer. Complex nose with pronounced balsamic notes of dark cherry and plum, as well as pickled anchovies, with a hint of mint and orange. Firm, very well-integrated tannins characterize the palate, good tension, very long finish, with a noble cigar aftertaste.
