Dark ruby with purple reflections, subtly brighter at the edge. A hint of herbs –a fresh and animating bouquet – red cherry fruit and hints of spice underlaid with orange zest. Juicy palate with firm, fine acidity. Mineral-salty and with well-integrated tannins, there are nuances of cassis on the finish. Good food companion with a chocolaty aftertaste.
