Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, impenetrable purple with a garnet rim. Pronounced aroma of dried plum and blueberry, stewed cherry and tobacco leaves, with dark chocolate in the background. Spreads out on the palate, finely meshed and tightly woven, with a fine fruit texture, very rich in finesse and juicy, does not appear opulent despite its power, somewhat youthful at the back, shows great certain ageing potential.
