Complex and dense bouquet with a lot to discover: Blackthorn, black cherry, juniper berries, smoky notes and undergrowth. The palate reveals a dense and polished structure, soft, supple tannins, a noticeable yet fine acidity; successful wood entry, also some mineral austerity accompanied by cherry and elderberry notes. Very young and good disposition.
