Noticeable new wood with cinnamon and vanilla notes along with prune and black cherry confit and nuances of woodruff. Oily, textured and intense on the palate, initially fine tannins that increase on the finish. A chalky, mineral base, charming richness but not cloying and subtle acidity giving a balanced and harmonious wine. It will hold for a very long time and continue to develop and improve.
