Wild herbs, sage and menthol, dried meat, quite typical varietal aroma. On the palate, full of alcohol, strong tannins with good phenolic ripeness and medium grain size, nevertheless a hint of bitterness (more due to alcohol than tannins), powerful extract, softly grounded, restrained acidity, ends slightly drying.
