Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.09.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly smoky, green peppers, green gooseberry, freshly cut hedgerow. Tight attack, then supple and somewhat broader, definitely has volume, a New Zealand type with Spanish warmth in the background. Good length with light mineral notes at the end.
