Tasting from 14.09.2022: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Notes of dried wild berries, dried plum and cherry on the nose. Also vivid ethereal notes and liquorice. Relatively elegant on the palate, with soft acidity and dark berry fruit as well as plum. Polished, slightly noticeable tannin, long finish.
