Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.03.2016

Dark ruby in colour with a deep core, purple reflections, and a subtle watery rim. Very typical multi-faceted bouquet of dark berry fruit underlaid with a touch of vanilla, spices, and bergamot. The palate is juicy and elegant, with lingering supporting tannins and a fruity finish, shows good potential for further ageing.

Ripe, rich cherry fruit with well-dosed wood aromas, cinnamon, soft attack, dry mealy tannin, present juiciness and fruit, even proportions despite high density, clear tactile minerality.
