Tasting from 08.09.2015

Grapes from Baja Montaña. Matured for 22 months in new barriques (American and Navarra oak). A reductive overtone, dried meat and cherry jam. But also fragrant with "wild" aromas behind chocolate tones as well as aromas of blueberry and nettle. Smooth on the palate, round and melting, ripe acidity, homogeneous pressure, lots of juice and elegance. Impeccably ripe matter, delicate structure with great inner density, excellent length.
