Tasting Notes
Initially with animalistic aromas in the glass. Quickly gaining clarity, complex herbal notes, menthol, camphor, green pepper, aniseed, also some fig and sweet cherry, cocoa bean. Soft and full on the palate, initial mellow tannins which nevertheless thicken and are gripping on the finish, well-integrated ripe acidity, and the alcohol comes across strongly.
