Pleasingly multi-layered, not exuberant, yet complex. In addition to smoky-mineral accents, there are small, dark forest berries and herbal-spicy hints. Wonderfully fresh and quaffable in the very best sense, thanks to bouncy acidity and buffering slate minerality.
