Tasting Notes
Incredibly juicy nose of cassis that then blends with notes of charcoal, ash and a lovely hint of graphite. On the palate there is all the statuesque grandeur of Cabernet Sauvignon with a fine, soaring structure of tannin – but softened by the incredibly smooth, beautifully delineated red and black fruit, defined by freshness. The combination of firmness and juiciness is disarming, so is the depth and juiciness of fruit. There is a delicious hint of finest dark chocolate on the finish.
