The nose is markedly spicy with notes of hazelnuts and a hint of caramel, then some aromas of white flowers can also be noted. The palate displays pleasant notes typical of ageing due to the long time on the lees. Nutty nougat meets fruit like apple. Medium-fine mousse, dry impression on the finish.
