Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim with a watery edge. On the nose, hints of ripe blackberry confit, sweet plums, nougat and vanilla, sweet spices, very inviting bouquet. Full-bodied, pronouncedly fruity texture, again a hint of dried plums, fine structure, salty and mineral on the finish, has great length, nuances of candied orange zest, already easy to drink, with certain ageing potential.
