Brilliant silver with straw yellow. On the nose not precise. On the palate vivid and prominent acidity, well integrated mousse, but somewhat washed out in the finish.
More about the tastingClear, light silver, somewhat restrained mousse. Also quite restrained on the nose, some green apple. Flourishes nicely on the palate, good volume, salty, lots of green apple again in the finish.
