The red wine Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Borgo La Stella has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark ruby. Herbs and shy red berries on the nose, some wood savouriness and light leather. Very juicy on the palate, with great acidity, currently still a child, on a good path.
