The prosecco Rive di Collalto Extra Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Borgoluce has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant, sparkling silver-green. Fresh aroma on the nose, floral, ripe pear and white peach, a hint of iodine and lemon juice round off the bouquet. Crisp and juicy on the palate, very elegant fruit texture, dry but nevertheless with good texture, clear and powerful on the finish.
