Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Brilliant dark ruby red. Rich woody savouriness on the nose with ripe cherry, subtle hints of pepper, a touch of blood orange and cinnamon. On the palate, the wood is equally evident, an underlying sweet note with compact, grippy tannins and a powerful finish.
