Pale straw yellow, very bright. Fine, compact and persistent mousse. Sweet nose with notes of green apple, lychee and pleasant citrus fruits. Lively on the palate, thanks to a very pleasant effervescence. Fresh citrus notes in the aftertaste that linger on the palate.
