Tasting from 26.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear silver green with persistent mousse. Juicy pineapple, lychee and subtle yeast on the nose, with a roasted hazelnut aftertaste, often turning in the glass. Initially tense and salty on the palate, then becomes somewhat washed out on the finish.
