1st fl.: Slight oxidation, plummy. Mild, creamy palate, somewhat lacking in tension. Counter bottle: Chocolatey aroma, nutty wood, but also slightly sweaty notes. Soft and broad on the palate, very smooth, subtle, yet grainy tannin, which has little dynamism due to the deep tannin, low acidity, appears somewhat unfresh.
