Strong ruby garnet, violet reflections, ochre reflections, subtle edge brightening. Dark berry confit, some sundried tomato, some honey and nougat in the background. Medium complexity, strawberry confit, somewhat dry tannin, elegant finish, a versatile food companion, some dark chocolate on the finish.
