Tasting Notes
Intense and radiant ruby red with some brightening on the rim. Dark savoury nose, lots of black pepper and cloves, with underlying notes of ripe blackberries. On the palate, sour cherries and mint, punchy and structured, a well integrated acidity, rich tannins, with a savoury and lingering finish.
