Bright, brilliant yellow. Fine and even mousse. Complex, rich and elegant on the nose. Notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit, fresh citrus fruits and their peel, plus a hint of fresh vegetal notes. Sweet on the palate, with a beautiful development of the flavours from the nose. Mineral and persistent finish.
