Bright silver, green hints, a persistent mousse and sparkling reflections. Appealing aromas of yeasty pastries, notes of citrus and stone fruits, followed by subtle hints of meadow herbs. Juicy and clear on the palate with a tightly meshed mousse, very delicate and light-footed, easy to drink.
