Tasting Notes
Medium salmon pink colour, silver reflections. Fresh red forest berry confit, delicate raspberry pulp and red cherry compote. Medium body, white apples, delicate herbal savouriness, subtle fruit sweetness in the aftertaste, lemony nuances on the finish.
More about the tastingStrong rosé, intense aroma of ripe raspberries, cherries and red fruit jelly. In the mouth with good substance and strong acidity, refreshing and dry, long finish with floral notes, goes well at the table and on the barbecue.
More about the tastingComparatively strong coral pink. Fragrant with notes of damp stone, sweet cherry and strawberry. Quite powerful, ripe acidity, lots of juice and polish and a distinctly salty tint, with herbal and spicy notes mingling with the berry fruit on the finish. A high-quality rosé that is also suitable for culinary use and should not be drunk too cool.
