The red wine Godje Friuli Colli Orientali Rosso Riserva DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Butussi has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Dark, shimmering purple-red colour. Powerful and inviting on the nose of fully ripe sweet cherry and blackberry, with notes of dark chocolate, liquorice and undergrowth. Great presence and savoury fruit on the palate too, on a tightly woven tannin structure, harmonious and very persistent.
