Bright silver green with a persistent mousse. Juicy lemon, vanilla cream, coconut flakes and iodine on the nose, with a slightly dusty aftertaste. On the palate a fine, radiant fruitiness and hearty mousse, then very sweet and minimally phenolic in the finish.
