Rich, impenetrable ruby. Opens on the nose with pronounced spicy notes of cloves and sandalwood, then fine notes of plums and cassis. Rich and densely woven on the palate, builds beautifully, dense, gripping tannins, firm pressure on the finish, lots of tobacco.
